At a glance
Each order has its own quotation and agreement. Payments are staged in USD. The proposed corrective warranty lasts twelve months from acceptance, subject to the conditions below and applicable statutory protections.
01Project agreement and client categories
Each service identifies the parties, requirements, deliverables, exclusions, integrations, schedule, price, taxes, instalments and acceptance criteria. Business and consumer clients are distinguished by the actual purpose of the purchase. Negotiated provisions and applicable mandatory rules are taken into account; no wording removes a consumer’s compulsory protections.
02Orders and evidence of agreement
The quotation and contract are provided in a retainable format and accepted through the agreed process. Relevant oral discussions are confirmed in writing to avoid ambiguity. Transactions requiring a particular form, including certain rights assignments, follow that form. The website does not automatically turn a conversation, enquiry or isolated payment into acceptance of undisclosed terms.
03Prices and instalments
Invoices are in USD. The contract sets a payment on order, one or more payments during development and the balance on delivery. These documents impose no universal percentages. The quotation specifies taxes, third-party costs, hosting and any recurring charges; mandatory costs must not be hidden.
04Scope, cooperation and changes
The client supplies necessary information and access through agreed channels and reviews the planned stages. Work outside the agreed scope requires a cost and schedule assessment followed by agreement before it is performed. Delays, blockers and their consequences are communicated; they do not justify undisclosed or unaccepted charges.
05Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are tested against agreed scenarios and criteria. The contract defines the client’s review and defect-reporting process; acceptance and its date are documented. Non-conformity is distinguished from a requested enhancement. Acceptance does not waive latent defects or mandatory remedies. Payment and acceptance are separate events that must be expressly defined.
06Source code, licences and rights transfer
The source code and rights delivered depend on the product and agreement. Transfer of expressly agreed rights takes place after full payment of the corresponding amounts. Libraries, pre-existing components, shared tools and external services retain their licences; the contract distinguishes ownership, usage licence and technical access. A subscription does not automatically transfer ownership.
07Hosting and subscriptions
Hosting is charged separately and may be managed by Paul Insider under the contract. Provider, scope, access, backups, responsibilities and handover arrangements are defined. A subscription must disclose its price, billing frequency, term, renewal, cancellation and end-of-service consequences before purchase. No free or unlimited hosting is promised here.
08Twelve-month corrective warranty
The proposed commercial warranty covers defects attributable to Paul Insider’s developments within the delivered scope for twelve months from acceptance. It is not general insurance or an absolute promise of bug-free software. The contract sets the reporting and correction process; mandatory statutory rights apply in addition and remain unaffected.
09Warranty conditions and boundaries
The commercial warranty is intended for an environment where Paul Insider fully administers hosting and has the necessary technical access. Hosting charges are separate and must be disclosed before ordering. External changes or third-party incidents are assessed for their connection to the defect; an unrelated intervention does not automatically remove all coverage. Feature changes and issues not attributable to the delivered work fall under a separate scope, subject to mandatory rights.
10Initial handling and resolution
The proposed commitment is initial handling within 24 to 48 business hours after a sufficiently documented report reaches the agreed channel. This means starting analysis and appropriate action, not guaranteed resolution within that period. Working days, hours, time zone, emergencies and exclusions must be set in the contract before commitment. Resolution depends on cause, severity and dependencies; progress information is provided.
11Client cancellation and consumer rights
Cancellation after work starts does not erase lawfully due contractual obligations. Amounts payable must be specified and justified under the contract, work, commitments and applicable rules; the full price is not automatically due in every situation. Where consumers have a withdrawal right or other remedies, these are explained before ordering. An early start requires the necessary formalities; a bespoke service does not by itself remove every service cancellation right.
12Cancellation initiated by Paul Insider
Under the stated policy, if Paul Insider itself decides to cancel the order, all amounts paid for that order are refunded in full. The contract must specify the refund deadline and method and the consequences for deliverables and access. This policy does not limit other mandatory client rights.
13Client data, AI and disputes
Data roles, confidentiality and a processing agreement where necessary are defined for the project. ArthurChat, payments, OTAs and model providers are included only within the approved scope. Complaint contacts, applicable law and dispute arrangements are set in the final agreement without removing mandatory consumer protections. No universal certification, commercial performance or absolute security is guaranteed.
